Two kindergarteners are in critical but stable condition after a shooting at a California Christian school Wednesday, CNN reported.
Authorities say Glenn Litton, 56, targeted the Feather River Adventist School in Oroville, Northern California, for its affiliation with the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Litton, who had been released from prison weeks ago, was found dead at the scene from what was likely a self-inflicted gunshot wound from a handgun, according to CNN.
The K-8 school serves 35 students.
