We recently helped secure a great victory for parental rights and the people of Alaska. Back in May, First Liberty teamed up with Elbert Lin, a long-time First Liberty network attorney, as well as with Alaska Attorney General Treg Taylor's team. Together, we defended the state's homeschool allotment program from a facial challenge to strike down a program serving more than 22,000 children in Alaska.
